ROLLATAQ - NEW GENERATION THERMAL ADHESIVE The new generation of machine adhesive that we produce is designed to provide superior adhesion to any surface. You need a very thin layer to get a quality bond. After applying the adhesive layer to the printout, it dries evenly (not like the regular Ts-200). Once stuck to a surface, it cannot or is very difficult to remove. Therefore, please be sure that you want to stick it.
Universal adhesive, made in the USA for water-based lamination, but with a low water content! The adhesive has special ingredients to minimize distortion of the media when it is left to dry. Its formula allows you to have a few minutes to properly adjust/position the media. Rollataq adhesive dries to a strong permanent bond in approx. 10 minutes. The adhesive will not change under the influence of: heat, humidity or aging. The application process is acid-free and is non-toxic to the operator. The adhesive residue outside the required space can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth, as well as hands. The adhesive should be stored in heated rooms and the opening of the container should be well sealed to prevent it from drying out.
The applied Rolltaq adhesive provides a permanent bond between both surfaces. The good thing is that the adhesive does not lose its viscosity and you can stick it by pressing it to the surface you want. The so-called "open time" is often enough to center and fix the bonding media. This is a small device that increases your productivity and saves a lot of money and time.
